Decorating Fees:
Our decorating fee is based upon the amount of anticipated guests, the type of services requested and decorating materials needed. Additional fees will be charged if the decorating is outside of our Hammond City limits, we will inform each client of this fee. If the total number of guest increase, it is the client's responsibility to inform BUCK'S Balloons, and additional fee will be applied. If the client fails to inform us of the increase in guest, BUCK'S Balloons will not be responsible for the quality nor quanity of services. The client is responsible for paying all fees associated with rental items from outside vendors, purchased items not included in the contract and any food items.

Decorating Arrangements:
The client is responsible for communicating with the venue hall the number of tables, chairs, and other specifics. Furthermore, it is the clients responsibility to secure and schedule the agreed upon hours for decorating. Note that some events may need a minimum of 3 hours and some event may need more time depending upon the details required. If the venue allows for decorating the day before, BUCK'S Balloons will make every effort to accommodate this allowance. The time it takes to break down all decorations will also vary. Staff is not responsible for the clearing and bussing of tables, trash, etc. If BUCK'S Balloons staff have to clear tables in order to breakdown, and additional cleaning fee of $150.00 an hour will be assessed to the final bill.

Deposit and Payment Schedule:
Upon contract signature, BUCK'S Balloons will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for the specific time and date. The deposit of 50% of the balance will be collected upon agreement. 30% of the entire balance stated is non-refundable, even if the event date is changed or event cancelled for ANY reason. The deposit is applied towards the total balance upon completion and submission of the contract. The 50% deposit reserves the date and covers substantial cost of materials purchased for decoration. In some cases if more expensive and customizable items are needed, the client will be required to pay a larger deposit. The client understands and agrees that the entire amount owed is due 2 weeks PRIOR to the event.

Ownership of Decorations:
It is agreed that all decoration that are included in the décor inventory shall remain the property of BUCK'S Balloons. Clients that purchase decorations have full ownership of the property at the completion of the event. There are instance that a client will transfer ownership of their purchased decorations to BUCK'S Balloons. Once the client transfers ownership of decoration to BUCK'S Balloons the items become our property and the client can no longer take possession or transfer ownership of decoration to another party. In some instances, written consent will be required granting full ownership.. All rented decorations must be given back to BUCK'S Balloons at the conclusion of the event. If any rented or leased decorations, material or equipment are not returned at the end of the event or are altered from the original state (broken, damaged, stolen, misplaced) then the client will be responsible for the replacement cost of décor, equipment and materials. If decorations are not returned within 72 hours, BUCK'S Balloons charge a fee to the client.

Materials and Colors:
BUCK'S Balloons offer many options of linens, drapes, balloons and centerpieces. Client understand and agrees that colors may differ based on material and choice of manufacturer. For this reason an appointment should be scheduled to see sample products.

Outdoor Décor:
Balloons used outdoor are not guaranteed to last any amount of time . Balloons and other décor can be damaged by the sun, rain, wind and heat etc. The client understands that no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage will be given since we have no control over the elements.
